# Review Campaigns and SMS Performance

> Campaign, messaging, and attribution reporting — sales, appointments, response rates, opt-outs, and first response times.

Legacy Reporting covers Hatch's campaign and messaging analytics: **campaign** performance, **text and call** activity, and **attribution** of sales and appointments back to the Hatch communication that drove them. Use it to assess performance and ROI across your outbound programs.

<Note>
  Looking for how your AI and human agents are performing on individual conversations? That lives in [Reviewing Agent Performance](/getting-started/reporting/reviewing-agent-performance) — the Dashboard, the Voice AI Scorecard, and the Conversations page.

## The dashboards

<CardGroup cols={3}>
  <Card title="Sales and Appointments" href="/how-to-use-hatch/legacy-reporting/sales-and-appointments-reports">
    What your CRM booked and sold, and how much of it Hatch drove.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Messaging and Campaigns" href="/how-to-use-hatch/legacy-reporting/messaging-and-campaign-reports">
    Message volume, response rates, and opt-outs.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Users and Trends" href="/how-to-use-hatch/legacy-reporting/user-and-trend-reports">
    Response times, monthly trends, and the funnel.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

Each dashboard answers a different question:

* **Sales** — the count and value of sales in your CRM, split into totals and the portion attributed to Hatch. Break down by campaign, workspace, and data source.
* **Appointments** — the same view for booked appointments.
* **Messaging** — inbound and outbound volume across SMS, email, calls, and voicemails.
* **Campaigns** — contacts launched, contacts responded, and response rate per campaign.
* **Opt-Outs** — opt-out counts and rates, and how close you are to carrier limits.
* **Users** — how quickly your team makes a first response, by user, campaign, and workspace.
* **Month-over-Month** — trends and monthly comparisons across all the core metrics.
* **Funnel** — aggregate contact journey data, from first contact to final sale.

All of these can be filtered to fit your business needs.

## Before you start

Sales and appointment figures are read from **your** CRM, so Hatch needs to know which fields to look at. If those dashboards are blank, that's almost always why — see [Attribution Settings](/how-to-use-hatch/reporting-settings/attribution-settings).
