# Removing Contacts from Campaign

Sometimes you might want to remove contacts from a campaign. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Campaigns Page.

1. From the campaigns page, click into the campaign card, and click **In Campaign**.
2. Here, you can see all the contacts that are in campaign. To remove someone from campaign, click on the **trash can icon**. To remove everyone from campaign, click **Remove All.**
3. To confirm the change, click **Remove Contacts**.

**Please DO NOT attempt to remove contacts from a campaign by deleting the campaign.**

If you need to delete a campaign with active contacts in it, you must remove the contacts first, then delete the campaign. Otherwise, you will not be able to immediately add the contacts to a new campaign.
