# Legacy Reporting FAQ

> Permissions, blank reports, attribution, and response time calculations.

Common questions about [Legacy Reporting](/getting-started/reporting/legacy-reporting).

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Why can I see a report but another user can't?">
    Users may only see reports for organizations they have permission to access. If a user has access to multiple Hatch organizations, they'll have the option to apply a filter to view the data of the organizations they're interested in.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why are certain areas of my reports displayed as blank or &#x22;null&#x22;?">
    Blank reporting sections indicate a lack of results. Two scenarios are likely:

    <ul>
      <li>
        <b>Filters have been applied that narrow results to no values.</b> Remove any selected filters and expand the date range to test whether filters are the cause.
      </li>

      <li>
        <b>Hatch still needs to be configured with the CRM field names that indicate sales and appointment values.</b> See <a href="/how-to-use-hatch/legacy-reporting/sales-and-appointments-reports#before-these-reports-will-populate">Before these reports will populate</a> for what your Account Manager needs from you.
      </li>
    </ul>
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is the difference between &#x22;Sales/Appointments from Hatch&#x22; and &#x22;Total Sales/Appointments&#x22;?">
    Total figures reflect **all** sales or appointments in your CRM within the given filter parameters. Attributed figures are only those Hatch communication can be shown to have driven.

    See [Attributed vs. total](/how-to-use-hatch/legacy-reporting/sales-and-appointments-reports#attributed-vs-total) for the exact criteria.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How is &#x22;first response time&#x22; calculated?">
    First response time is how fast a user responds to a contact after that contact responds to a campaign. It runs continuously — it doesn't pause around business hours — and replies over 60 hours are excluded as outliers.

    See [How first response time is calculated](/how-to-use-hatch/legacy-reporting/user-and-trend-reports#users) for the full detail.
