# Call Forwarding

> Redirect all incoming calls for a workspace to another phone number — useful if your team uses a call center or a dedicated office line.

Each workspace in Hatch has a dedicated phone number. Call forwarding lets you route all inbound calls for that workspace to a different number, so you never miss a call even if your team isn't actively monitoring Hatch.

### Setting up call forwarding

1. Go to **Workspace Configs** and click the **Features** tab.
2. Find the **Call Forwarding** card.
3. Enter the phone number you want calls forwarded to.
4. Click **Save**.

Once saved, the Call Forwarding card will show as enabled and all calls coming into this workspace will be redirected to that number.

### Removing call forwarding

To turn off call forwarding, click the trash icon next to the saved number. Calls will return to ringing in Hatch as normal.
