# 10DLC Registration Source: https://docs.usehatchapp.com/academy/account-setup/10dlc-registration 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) is a system in the U.S. that allows businesses to send SMS messages using standard 10-digit phone numbers. It improves message deliverability and reduces spam by requiring registration and carrier vetting for business text messaging.

Sales Follow-Up | Date | was ever between | now and | 5 | days | ago\[\[Contact First Name]] Snippet because it's the easiest and most logical snippet to write around. It would be challenging to write a message that can account for leaving a snippet like "Estimate Amount" blank, or fallback to a default value. But we are excited to find new ways to use this feature! If you have an idea, reach out to [support@usehatchapp.com](mailto:support@usehatchapp.com).
\[\[Details Company Name]] snippet (which inserts your company name) is included in the message as a form of sender-identification. Additional snippets like \[\[User First Name]] (the name on your Hatch Board) or \[\[Contact First Name]] (the name of the contact you are messaging) are totally optional.
\[\[Details Company Name]] snippet, see image above.
The caller's primary intent during the call — what they actually rang up about.
Possible values: Schedule Service, Reschedule, Appointment Confirmation, Emergency, Technical Support, Billing Inquiry, Warranty, Cancellation, Quote Request, Transfer Request, Follow Up, Complaint, General Question, Spam, No Response, Other.
Whether the call should have produced a booking, and whether it did. This is a single status combining two underlying judgements: was the call bookable, and was it booked.
A call is bookable when a real customer calls in with a serviceable need and intent that the agent is configured to book. Calls from disqualified callers (for example, someone who isn't the homeowner) and calls about job types the agent isn't configured for (for example, emergencies or same-day work) are not bookable.
Possible values:
If a calendar is not set up, "Booked" is based on the agent's ability to confirm an appointment with the caller rather than on a real calendar write.
Whether your Voice AI agent handled the call on its own, handed it off, or never got the chance.
Possible values:
The outcome label applied when the conversation closed. For an AI agent, this is simply the disposition configured on the /end commands in that bot's instructions — so the values you see here are the ones your team set up.
See Dispositions in Hatch for how to manage the list, and Configuring Dispositions for reporting settings.
Why the agent didn't book a call that was bookable. Hatch analyses every bookable call that didn't result in a booking and groups them by reason, so you can see what's actually costing you bookings rather than inferring it from a conversion rate.
Possible values:
Where in the call a handoff or an abandonment happened — how far the conversation got before it stopped.
Possible values, in the order a call moves through them:
Task Resolution and Scheduling are mutually exclusive — a call goes down one branch or the other after Issue Qualification, never both. So a call that handed off at Issue Qualification never progressed to either.
Why the call was transferred, and whether that handoff was working as intended or points at a gap in the agent's setup.
Possible values:
Read this alongside Handling Stage. An agent configured to hand leads off will show a Qualified handoff at the Issue Qualification stage — that's the system working as intended, not a failure.
**We are rolling these out integration by integration, so they may be null for now.** The API passess through appointment\_id, invoice\_id, and external\_contact\_id values directly from CRMs & lead sources integrated with Hatch.
Hatch calculates contact\_status values as campaigns progress. Use these labels to group performance inside your BI tools:
| Field Name | Example | How it’s used in Hatch |
|---|---|---|
| Contact ID | 101299433 | This is the unique identifier for that contact or lead. If we ever see that a lead has the same contact ID, then we can update the data to make sure it's up to date. |
| Contact First Name\* | Sarah | |
| Contact Last Name\* | Stevens | |
| Contact Phone Number\* | 190-184-1948 | Used to contact customer |
| Contact Email\* | [sarahstevens@gmail.com](mailto:sarahstevens@gmail.com) | Used to contact customer |
| Contact Details | 8 Windows 123 Richmond Lane Blue Couch | Used to provide additional custom details. For example, let's say on the lead form the customer is asked to say how many windows they want. A details field called "number of windows" can be created. Then, you can include in your messaging “We see you are looking for 8 windows. Let’s see what we can do.” |
| Contact Status | New Lead | Used to distinguish contacts within Hatch or your CRM |
| Contact Created At | 03/24/2020 | Used to determine when the lead came in to the original source. |
| Source | Facebook Leads | Used to determine where the lead originated from (Default value is "Zapier" but this is not recommended) |
