Export Hatch reporting data on demand

The Bulk Export API gives enterprise teams direct access to Hatch’s reporting datasets. Data refreshes every night with the previous day’s data.

What’s included

  • contact_history – campaign membership, attribution status, latest stage, sales data, and opt-out details for each contact.
  • conversation_items – every outbound and inbound message with actor, channel, delivery status, and body text for auditing or conversational analytics.

Access requirements

  • Your Account Manager will enable API access for you.
  • A Manager role is required to manage API keys under.
  • Keys are scoped to the organization.

  3. Check for API Keys under Integrations → API Keys inside the workspace menu
  4. Schedule exports at a cadence that aligns with the published limits (one every 5 minutes, 100 per day).
