How it Works

Hatch supports two Porch lead programs, each with its own setup path:
  • Porch (pay per lead) — connected via your Porch Subscription Company ID. Leads flow into Hatch from Porch’s subscription platform.
  • Porch (pay per sale) — connected via email forwarding using Hatch’s guided Setup Tracker.
In both cases, Hatch creates a Contact and Opportunity record for each new lead, which can be launched into a Speed to Lead campaign. Both programs are one-way (Porch → Hatch) with no back-sync to Porch.

Setup Instructions — Porch (pay per lead)

  1. Select Porch (pay per lead) from our App Marketplace page & click connect.
  2. Login to your Porch Subscription account in a different tab and find your Company ID. It is located in the upper right corner on your profile.
  3. Add your Company ID to the setup form in Hatch.
  4. Click Activate.
  5. After activation, set up your audience and campaign workflow to launch your Porch leads into a Speed to Lead campaign.
If you are unable to locate your Porch Subscription Company ID, you can email support@porch.com for assistance.

Setup Instructions — Porch (pay per sale):

When you connect Porch (pay per sale) from the App Marketplace, Hatch walks you through a guided Setup Tracker that automates the third-party coordination for you. Clicking Connect on the Porch (pay per sale) card will configure your workspace and contact Porch on your behalf. The Setup Tracker has four steps:
  1. Configure Hatch — Hatch automatically creates the workspace items you need (a group, a campaign, and a workflow) wired to the Porch (pay per sale) lead source. Review what was created and click Next Step.
  2. Request Setup — Hatch automatically sends a setup request email to Porch’s pay-per-sale team asking them to begin delivering your leads to a unique Hatch ingestion address. You can review the exact To, CC, and message body that Hatch sent. Click Next Step to continue.
  3. Receive Leads — Hatch waits for the first lead to arrive. This step shows you a live status:
    • When Porch opens the setup request email, the read receipt is recorded (a tooltip notes that read status may be inaccurate if Porch blocks read receipts).
    • After 24 hours, a Send Follow-Up Email button becomes available if you haven’t received leads yet.
    • This step will not complete until leads with a source value of integration:porch-pay-per-sale have been received.
  4. Confirm Leads — Once leads start arriving, the tracker shows the incoming opportunities. Click Complete Setup to finish.
After completing the tracker, set up your audience and campaign workflow (if needed beyond what Hatch auto-created) to launch your Porch leads into a Speed to Lead campaign.
Connect the program(s) you’re enrolled in with Porch. If you’re a Porch Subscription customer (pay-per-lead), use the Porch (pay per lead) integration and provide your Company ID. If you receive leads through Porch’s pay-per-sale program, use the Porch (pay per sale) integration, which is set up via Hatch’s guided Setup Tracker. You can connect both if you participate in both programs.
Log in to your Porch Subscription account in a separate browser tab. Your Company ID appears in the upper right corner of your profile. Paste it into the Hatch setup form and click Activate.
No. The Setup Tracker sends the request email to Porch’s pay-per-sale team automatically when you start the connection. You’ll be able to review exactly what was sent inside the tracker’s Request Setup step.
For pay-per-sale, the Receive Leads step shows you whether Porch has opened our setup email. If 24 hours have passed and leads still haven’t started flowing, the tracker enables a Send Follow-Up Email button so you can nudge them directly. Read receipts may not always be reliable if their mail system blocks them, so the follow-up is the most reliable signal.
Hatch captures the standard lead identification fields delivered by Porch (name, contact info, and project details). Available fields depend on the program and what Porch includes in the lead payload or email. Reach out to our support team if you need to verify what’s being parsed for your account.
