Sometimes you might want to remove contacts from a campaign. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Campaigns Page.
  1. From the campaigns page, click into the campaign card, and click In Campaign.
  2. Here, you can see all the contacts that are in campaign. To remove someone from campaign, click on the trash can icon. To remove everyone from campaign, click Remove All.
  3. To confirm the change, click Remove Contacts.
Please DO NOT attempt to remove contacts from a campaign by deleting the campaign. If you need to delete a campaign with active contacts in it, you must remove the contacts first, then delete the campaign. Otherwise, you will not be able to immediately add the contacts to a new campaign.
