Where is my search bar? The search bar is located at the top of the Contacts page. Here you can find the customers you wish to automate and funnel into your sales board.
  • Contact Search
    • Use the Search Type dropdown to choose which field to search by, then type your term and hit Enter/Return or click the magnifying glass icon to run the search.
    • Available search types:
      • Full Name
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Phone
      • Email
    • If you enter a valid phone number, the search will automatically switch to the Phone search type.
  • Audiences
    • This drop-down provides a list of audiences that exist on the current workspace. Selecting an audience will filter the contact table to only show contacts that fit the audience criteria at that time.
    • When you select an audience, you can see or modify its criteria by clicking the edit icon next to the Audiences drop-down.
