How first response time is calculated
How first response time is calculated
A contact is put into a campaign, then responds to it and pops onto the board. The reply time clock starts. It stops when the user replies back to that contact for the first time after a campaign response.Reply time is continuous — it does not pause and resume around business hours. Replies exceeding 60 hours are excluded from calculations, to avoid outliers that would inflate the average.
