Each workspace in Hatch has a dedicated phone number. Call forwarding lets you route all inbound calls for that workspace to a different number, so you never miss a call even if your team isn’t actively monitoring Hatch.

Setting up call forwarding

  1. Go to Workspace Configs and click the Features tab.
  2. Find the Call Forwarding card.
  3. Enter the phone number you want calls forwarded to.
  4. Click Save.
Once saved, the Call Forwarding card will show as enabled and all calls coming into this workspace will be redirected to that number.

Removing call forwarding

To turn off call forwarding, click the trash icon next to the saved number. Calls will return to ringing in Hatch as normal.
