Each workspace in Hatch has a dedicated phone number. Call forwarding lets you route all inbound calls for that workspace to a different number, so you never miss a call even if your team isn’t actively monitoring Hatch.Documentation Index

Setting up call forwarding
- Go to Workspace Configs and click the Features tab.
- Find the Call Forwarding card.
- Enter the phone number you want calls forwarded to.
- Click Save.
