Dispositions tell Hatch how a conversation ended. Set them up to keep reporting accurate and to define what success means for your team. Click the gear icon in the bottom left of Hatch and go to the “Settings Page”. Dispositions settings Here you can create, delete, and manage your organization-wide dispositions.

Mark successful outcomes

Use the Successful toggle to mark which dispositions represent a win. These settings feed success metrics in the Dashboard.
