Why can I see a report but another user can't?
Users may only see reports for organizations they have permission to access. If a user has access to multiple Hatch organizations, they’ll have the option to apply a filter to view the data of the organizations they’re interested in.
Why are certain areas of my reports displayed as blank or "null"?
Why are certain areas of my reports displayed as blank or "null"?
Blank reporting sections indicate a lack of results. Two scenarios are likely:
- Filters have been applied that narrow results to no values. Remove any selected filters and expand the date range to test whether filters are the cause.
- Hatch still needs to be configured with the CRM field names that indicate sales and appointment values. See Before these reports will populate for what your Account Manager needs from you.
What is the difference between "Sales/Appointments from Hatch" and "Total Sales/Appointments"?
What is the difference between "Sales/Appointments from Hatch" and "Total Sales/Appointments"?
Total figures reflect all sales or appointments in your CRM within the given filter parameters. Attributed figures are only those Hatch communication can be shown to have driven.See Attributed vs. total for the exact criteria.
How is "first response time" calculated?
How is "first response time" calculated?
First response time is how fast a user responds to a contact after that contact responds to a campaign. It runs continuously — it doesn’t pause around business hours — and replies over 60 hours are excluded as outliers.See How first response time is calculated for the full detail.
