On the Contacts Page, the table displays each contact’s First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Tags. Clicking a row opens the contact’s card, where you can view all information pulled in through imports or integrations. Understanding Opportunities

A contact in Hatch can have multiple opportunities. Each time new data about a contact comes into Hatch — whether from a CRM integration, a lead source, or a CSV import — a new opportunity is created with that set of data. If a contact has multiple opportunities, you can expand each one individually in the contact card sidebar to view its fields. You can also search within an opportunity’s fields to quickly find what you’re looking for. To surface the fields you care about most without digging into each opportunity, you can mark any field as a Favorite. Favorited fields appear at the top of the sidebar for quick reference. Phone and Email are favorites by default.
